• The voucher credit must be used in a single use, any remaining credit cannot be refunded or used later;
• The vouchers are not transferable and are valid in all Phi Hotels facilities (unless otherwise indicated in the "notes")
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or with special rates;
• The use of vouchers is always subject to confirmation by the hosting hotel;
• The use of the voucher must be reported at the time of telephone or email booking.
